Christina
Founder, CEO, and Creative Director
Christina founded Skillman Video Group in 2005 and currently serves as the CEO and Creative Director. She has over seven years experience in the Cable Television Industry and a background in corporate video and documentary production.
Previous accolades include winning a national award in the 2003 Hometown Video Festival for her documentary ”Billericay, England” and two awards at the 2009 New England Legal Marketing Association “Your Honor” Awards sponsored by the Wall Street Journal. In 2014 Skillman Video Group was selected as the “2014 Best Business of Boston” in the category of Video/Film Production by the Best Businesses of Boston Award Program. In 2020, Christina was appointed as a member of the George Washington University School of Business Transformative Leadership Advisory Council. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Television, Radio & Film Production from Syracuse University, Newhouse School of Communications.

Joe
President
Prior to joining Skillman Video Group in 2018, Joe spent over a dozen years on Wall Street as co-founder of 2 boutique institutional equity research firms and 7 years as the owner of a CrossFit affiliate.
Leveraging his extensive B2B and B2C entrepreneurial experiences, Joe runs the “business” side of SVG, guiding its strategic vision and overseeing its implementation. He holds a BA in History from Williams College.

Heather
Project Manager
Heather brings to the role of Project Manager more than 20 years of experience. She holds a BA with a concentration in French from Wells College.
Her experience in project management includes customer relations, service delivery, event planning, writing, copyediting, comprehensive executive support, day-to-day operations, and administrative supervision, working for corporate and not-for-profit organizations across a range of industries, with a focus on quality outcomes.

Rob
Animator, Editor
Rob has over 20 years of experience in motion graphics, 3D modeling and animation, 2D animation, and composited effects for video.
He has worked on everything from corporate presentations to Public Service Announcements, independent films, television commercials, mobile applications, large-scale trade show videos, and social media promotions. Rob has a talent for putting pictures to words and creatively solving how to convey messaging for clients visually with motion.

Producer, Editor
Mike has over 25 years of post-production experience in broadcast television, branded content, and online marketing. He has produced and edited projects for prominent companies such as Nike, Reebok, Red Bull, and John Hancock.

Matt
Director of Photography
Matt is a cinematographer, camera operator, and photographer. He has a wide range of work, from commercials and branded content, series and documentary-style pieces as well as corporate brand anthems and narratives.
Matt specializes in the Movi Pro Gimbal and Steadicam, vehicle-mounted and remote applications. Matt enjoys taking on a broad spectrum of work and is adaptable to work in any situation from studios, locations, and the backcountry.

Jake is director of photography/cinematographer, producer and Steadicam operator with nearly 20 years of experience lensing commercials, high-end corporate videos and documentary films. He loves collaborating and working through the technical and aesthetic challenges that come with every project.

Daniel is a director, producer, cinematographer, camera operator, and editor with nearly 15 years of experience in documentaries, narrative films, corporate videos, small businesses features, dance, music and art pieces, and films for people who just want to make films.

Chuck
Director of Photography
Chuck has a BA in filmmaking with many years of experience in both analog/true film and digital video. He won a New England Emmy® in 2012.
He has been a director of photography and videographer for television, commercials, companies and universities, documentaries, and a wide range of live events. Chuck has filmed over 100 interviews with Skillman Video Group since 2012.

Director of Photography
Brian is an Emmy and Telly Award-winning writer, director, photographer, and editor with over 30 years of experience in video production.
He has worked on marketing and training programs for organizations large and small, traveling to Western Europe and across America to collect footage for Fortune 500 clients, Japanese NHK television, and the BBC.
